Anand Kumar co-founded HashAdv in 2018 alongside Kranthi Vidhatha, bringing the brand and creative operations side to a business that started with a marketer's read on strategy. As creative director, he leads the identity systems, campaign creative and visual language that carry a client's brand consistently across print, digital, packaging and outdoor — the part of the work that decides whether a business looks like one brand or four different ones depending on where you encounter it. A graphic designer by background, he still works inside the design process directly rather than only directing from a distance — reviewing layouts, setting the visual direction on a campaign, and making sure a brand guideline actually gets followed instead of filed away and ignored. That discipline, more than any single design trend, is what he treats as the real job of a creative director. Inside HashAdv, design and media sit under one in-house team rather than being farmed out — which means creative direction here isn't a deck handed to an outside studio, it's a standing part of how every client's brand actually gets built and kept consistent over time.
